The report will be due in 2018 and £20,000 has been earmarked for David’s part in the research. A 2016 Report for the American Gaming Association on how sports betting might be regulated in America (approx. £7,000). Ongoing work with EU Athletes (player unions) on anti-match fixing issues, projects funded by European Commission (daily rate as set down by EC) Engaged by The Ritz Club, December 2017, to write a Report on how it uses statistics to detect potentially problematic play. In 2018, completed a project (with Prof. I.G. McHale) for GambleAware analysing gambling information in the ALSPAC data set. In 2018, produced a report with Prof. I.G. McHale, “Analysis of play among British online gamblers on slots and other casino-style games”, commissioned by GambleAware. Currently working as part of the NatCen team on the “Patterns of Play” project funded by GambleAware. |
